First time with us?
We’ll make sure you’re well taken care of.
We know that booking an appointment can be a bit nerve-wracking, especially if you’ve never been to a chiropractor before. But rest assured, we’re here to guide you and make sure you get the help that you need.
The sooner you address a problem, the easier it is to correct. Waiting too long can make recovery take more time, effort, and expense; early care truly makes a difference.
- After booking your appointment, you’ll get an email containing everything you need to know before your first visit.
- We always start with a thorough examination and adapt everything based on your pace, with care and respect for you and your body.
Read below for a clear overview of what to expect during your first visit.
- 1. HEALTH FORM
Booked your first visit? Keep an eye on your inbox!
You’ll receive an email with the details before your appointment. The first time you visit, you’ll complete a short health form at the clinic and bring your Emirates ID or passport for registration. It’s just a one-time process to make your future visits quick and easy.
- 2. CONSULTATION
On your first visit, we take the time to listen to your concerns and review your health history in detail. A thorough examination is performed to understand your condition and determine how we can best help you.
If you have previous X-rays or medical reports, feel free to bring them along as they can be very helpful. If we see that you would benefit from another type of care, we will point you in the right direction
Physical examination
To provide the best possible care, your chiropractor first needs to understand how your musculoskeletal system is functioning. The examination helps us identify the underlying cause of your discomfort, allowing us to design a safe and personalized treatment plan that truly makes a difference for you.
Orthopedic & Neurological Examination
As part of your assessment, we perform a series of orthopedic and neurological tests to evaluate how your body and nervous system are functioning. These tests help us understand the underlying cause of your symptoms and provide the information needed to make an accurate diagnosis.
Postural Analysis Scan
Your posture reveals a great deal about how your body feels and functions on the inside. To understand this better, we use a digital posture analysis tool that clearly shows how your alignment affects your overall health and movement. This allows us to identify any imbalances, measure to what degree your body may be tilted or uneven, and see how your weight is distributed. We also assess your natural resting posture, which often provides valuable insight into the body’s underlying patterns.

3. PROGNOSIS &
RECOMMENDATIONS
Once the examination is complete, we take the time to explain what is causing your discomfort and provide a clear understanding of your prognosis. You will receive personalized recommendations designed to support your recovery and help you move toward better function and well-being, whether through care in the clinic or guidance you can apply on your own.
- 4. TREATMENT-PLAN
If you have been struggling with symptoms for some time, you know that simply relieving them is not enough. The real goal is to address the root cause of the problem, and that is exactly where we come in.
After your examination, we will review together what is causing your discomfort, discuss how we can help, how long the process may take, and what to expect in terms of cost. You will receive a clear and personalized plan designed to help you achieve lasting and effective results.
Our mission is to guide you toward a body that moves better, feels better, and stays strong over time.
Change starts with the first step.

What is Chiropractic?
Chiropractic is a natural, hands-on approach to health that focuses on the spine, nervous system, and musculoskeletal function. It’s based on the understanding that the body has an innate ability to heal and regulate itself, if given the right conditions.
How a Chiropractor can help
Chiropractors assess and correct misalignments in the spine (called subluxations) that may be affecting nerve flow, joint movement, and overall body function. These misalignments can be caused by poor posture, stress, injuries, or repetitive strain.
By using gentle spinal adjustments and other manual techniques, a chiropractor helps to:
- Relieve pain (back, neck, joints, headaches)
- Improve posture and mobility
- Reduce tension in muscles and nerves
- Restore balance in the body’s nervous system
- Support natural healing without drugs or surgery
Who should see a Chiropractor?
Chiropractic care is suitable for everyone, from professionals with posture-related pain to athletes and even children since it helps regulate the nervous system and support the body’s natural ability to heal and adapt.
A proactive path to Wellness
Rather than just masking symptoms, chiropractic addresses the root cause. Whether you’re looking for pain relief, injury recovery, or preventive care, chiropractic offers a proven path to better health and long-term wellness.
